Who is responsible?
NORSE SOLUTIONS AS, organisation number 925 845 345, is responsible for enquiries submitted to this business website. Contact: service@norsesol.com. Registered address: Selbuvegen 1085, 7550 Hommelvik, Norway.
What we collect and why
The enquiry form asks for your name, email address, topic, message and, optionally, company. We use this information to understand and respond to your business enquiry and to discuss a potential engagement. Please do not submit patient information, health details, passwords or confidential records.
For an enquiry about a potential agreement, the purpose is to take steps at your request before entering that agreement. For other business correspondence, the purpose is our legitimate interest in handling the enquiry. We do not use the form to enrol you in marketing communications.
Hosting and access
This website is hosted by DigitalOcean in Frankfurt, Germany. Enquiries are stored privately in its WordPress database and are available to authorised site administrators. The form does not send email notifications. If you use the email link, your email is handled by your email provider and our business email provider, IONOS.
A short-lived hash of the connection address is used for rate limiting. Form tokens expire after one hour. Neither is used for advertising or visitor profiling. The web server keeps operational access logs for up to seven days to run, secure and troubleshoot the site. These can include connection addresses and requested URLs. Logs are not used for advertising.
Retention
Form enquiries are scheduled for permanent deletion after 90 days. A server scheduler runs the cleanup tasks independently of site visits. Private daily database backups on the server are retained for seven days, so deleted information can remain in those backups for up to seven further days. Business correspondence sent by email is managed separately and is not covered by this automatic form cleanup.
Cookies and external services
The public pages use locally hosted fonts and graphics. No analytics, advertising pixels, social embeds or third-party tracking scripts have been added. WordPress uses essential cookies for administrator login. See our cookie information.
Your rights and questions
Email service@norsesol.com to request access to your enquiry, correct it, request deletion or ask us to restrict its use. Data portability can apply to information you provide where processing is automated and based on an agreement. These rights have conditions and exceptions depending on the processing.
You can object to processing based on our legitimate interests. Tell us which use you object to and why. You can also request information about the interests being balanced. The enquiry form does not use consent as its processing basis or subscribe you to marketing.
You can complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority, Datatilsynet, or the supervisory authority where you live or work.
Your choice to contact us
Submitting an enquiry is voluntary. A name, valid email address, topic and message are needed to accept and handle a form enquiry; company is optional. You can use the direct email address instead. We do not use enquiry information to make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
Medicalassistent is separate
This business website does not process clinic conversations or patient data for Medicalassistent. The product requires its own privacy information, agreements and clinic-specific responsibilities.
